After showing the digital piece and explaining the concept and the brief to gain feedback people agreed with would be overdoing it to add anything more to the design. The background is simple and makes the image pop and the colours all work to create an interesting piece. One person mentioned that it may be confusing to use Atlas as the subject as his punishment was to hold the heavens not earth but I explained my reasoning. I also had to explain that using Atlas' story was not the idea but instead his image to show someone holding the weight of the world on their shoulders to 'save' it.
Printing gave me the opportunity to see how the piece could look if my entry is successful. It also gave me a chance to make sure there would not be any discrepancies in the print after looking at and editing the digital version.
