Blu-Ray Box Design, Box/Case Research - OUGD603

After looking into poster designs the next step was to look at current box and case designs for some of films. As stated in the brief films often use imagery from the films to create their box designs which isn't very unique. Looking at the box sets below we can see that the photos are very realistic to the film. They do not always take straight from scenes to not give away the film but it is clear there is a market or a place in the market to position more independent box designs. Instead of using the same style of design throughout create something a bit cleaner, uniform and unique.
