OUGD405 - Studio Brief 02 Studio Brief 02 Public Service Leaflet Feedback and Critique

At this moment in time I have not started the physical design of my leaflet and instead I have been researching what I could include within it.

When speaking to a group about my design decisions the majority agreed with what I had to say. I told the them about what I wanted to get out of my design like the fact I wanted to keep it calming and serious in one.
When asked about what information I would be putting inside the design I explained that I would like to include information from all 51 minutes worth of clips not just from one clip. Someone presented me with the problem of having too much information so we decided pictograms would be a great way to get around the issue as to not overcrowd the leaflet.
A lot of people did not no anything of what would happen in the event of a nuclear attack so I had to explain. This was quite good because it gave me a practice at relaying the information in a simple manner rather than a huge chunk of text.
The front of the leaflet would have to be eye catching yet simple so people would pick it up. Within the group this was a key topic. I didn't get a lot of feedback but when I was giving some it was producing me with ideas for my own design. The colour could be black and white yet still be effective as it would be very striking, I could still include small amounts of colour to make information jump out.
