OUGD401 - Speaking from Experience, Sketches

I had some initial ideas of how I could lay my design out. The comments I got from the critique were starting to come true. I realised from past experience that the ink would crack when the poster was folded and it would start to ruin the look of the design once folded out. There was no real need to design the poster to fold smaller as it would seem a bit too much to take this out like a map whilst in college or on the move. Using the design as a poster and a reminder in the room alone could work. I would have liked to have some sort of reminder that the students could take with them but at the moment I don't think it is possible.

After deciding the poster wouldn't be able to fold without ruining the design I went on to designing how I would connect the information. I will need to gain this information from my experiences over the year and through tried and tested means I can find. The design I am leaning towards at the moment is the design on the right hand side which is to connect all the information like an internet web. I will still be looking into the other designs but I didn't want to prioritise any certain point as they should all be as important as each other and all work together.
